EQUAL PAY WITHOUT DELAY

The Equal Pay Claim is now OPEN to GMB members to join as new claimants.
GMB believes that all ASDA workers should be treated fairly. Currently, ASDA’s retail workers (mainly women) are paid less than ASDA’s depot workers (mainly men).

Why doesn’t ASDA value retail work as much as depot work?

Tens of thousands of ASDA colleagues have already signed up as claimants to the equal pay claim, where retail workers are taking legal action against ASDA because they’re paid less than the depot workers.

When we win, claimants would receive back dated pay for the money they’re owed, the money these colleagues have already earned in their years of service to ASDA.
